Tuesday rides

Our Tuesday ride schedule starts March 31st. 6 p.m. Barkers Pool for a spin up to Dore & Totley, possibly Ringinglow.

Social Night - Thursday 26th March

Cyclesheffield curry night at the Rajput on Commonside.

The table is booked for 8pm, drinks in the Closed Shop fromĀ  7pm (or earlier!).

The Rajput isn’t licensed so you will have to stop off and get some beers from the Dram Shop over the road .

Still time to contact us if you want to be added to the table booking.

Our next meeting will be on Thursday April 9th, when Andy Wild from Sheffield City Council will be coming along to talk to us about 20mph zones. 7-9, 340 Glossop Rd, with a pub visit afterwards.

Show your Support for Sheffield’s Cycling Paramedics

The current city centre cyclist paramedics scheme has been running since last autumn on a trial basis.

The trial period is now ending, and for it to continue it needs your support.

In particular, let the NHS Trust / the Ambulance Service know that you value this service.

Using the Ambulance Service’s feedback form is probably a good place to start,

Tuesday ride: Escape from Meadowhell - 17th March

Tonight we will be meeting at Meadow hell transport interchange, then heading out towards Ecclesfield, with a possible return via Wortley, Grenoside.

Sheffield Cycle Campaign Meeting, Thursday 11th March 2009

A reminder that there is a cyclesheffield meeting tonight at 7 pm at 340 Glossop Rd. Cycles may not be brought into the building - contact us for secure parking arrangements. No doubt there will be a visit to the University Arms afterwards.

Remote attendance via Skype is possible for those who can’t make it (but you wont receive a virtual beer afterwards)
